Gen Z: Psalms 10
Why you chillin' so far away, God? Why you ghosting when times get rough?
The wicked are all about that pride, flexing on the poor: they gonna get caught in their own sus schemes.
The wicked be bragging about their heart's desires, and they vibe with the greedy, whom God can't stand.
The wicked, all puffed up, ain't even looking for God: God ain't on their mind at all.
Their ways are always a mess; your judgments are way above their level: they just look down on their enemies.
They be like, "I ain't moving; I’ll never face struggles."
Their mouth’s packed with cursing and lies: underneath, it's all chaos and vanity.
They be lurking in the villages, plotting against the innocent: their eyes are set on the poor, lowkey.
They lie in wait like a lion in the cut: ready to snatch the poor into their trap.
They crouch down, acting humble, so the poor fall for their strong game.
They think in their heart, "God forgot about me; He ain't ever gonna see."
Rise up, God; lift your hand: don’t forget the humble, fr.
Why do the wicked disrespect God? They think in their heart, "You ain’t gonna check me."
You’ve seen it all; you see the chaos and hate, ready to handle it: the poor trust you; you’re the GOAT for the fatherless.
Break the arm of the wicked and the evil dude: hunt down their bad vibes till there’s none left.
The Lord is King forever: the haters are outta the picture.
God, you heard the humble’s wishes: you’re gonna prep their hearts and open your ears.
To judge the fatherless and the oppressed, so no one on earth can oppress anymore.
