Gen Z: 1 Timothy 5
Don’t come for the older folks, treat them like fam; the younger guys are just your bros, fr.
Treat the older ladies like your moms; the younger ones are like your sisters, all pure vibes.
Show mad respect to widows who are really widows, no cap.
But if any widow’s got kids or fam, they gotta step up and show love at home; that’s just good and what God wants, periodt.
The real widow, alone and trusting God, is out here praying day and night, and that’s lit.
But if she’s just living it up, she’s basically dead while alive, sus.
Make sure to pass on these vibes so no one’s got a bad rep.
If someone isn’t taking care of their own, especially at home, they’re denying the faith and that’s just savage.
Don’t let a widow under 60 join the crew if she’s only been with one dude.
If she’s got a good rep for doing good stuff—like raising kids, helping strangers, washing feet, and supporting the needy—she’s goated.
But skip the younger widows: when they start feeling themselves against Christ, they’ll just get hitched.
They’ll end up in trouble for ditching their first faith, no cap.
Plus, they get lazy, bouncing from house to house, and end up gossiping and being all up in other people’s business, which is sus.
So I say let the younger women marry, have kids, run the house, and not give haters any reason to talk smack.
Some are already falling for Satan’s tricks, fr.
If any believer has widows, help them out, don’t put the church on blast; let the church help the real widows.
Let the elders who are killing it get double respect, especially those grinding in the word and teaching.
Scripture says, "Don’t muzzle the ox while it’s working," and "The worker deserves their pay," and that slaps.
Don’t take accusations against an elder unless you’ve got two or three witnesses to back it up.
Rebuke those who mess up in front of everyone, so others can learn to fear.
I’m telling you in front of God and Jesus, and the chosen angels, keep it fair and don’t play favorites, no cap.
Don’t lay hands on anyone too quickly, and don’t get involved in others’ sins; keep yourself clean.
Stop just drinking water; a little wine’s good for your stomach and all those times you’re feeling rough.
Some dudes’ sins are out there before judgment; others follow after them, that’s just facts.
And just like that, some good works are obvious beforehand; those that aren’t can’t hide, periodt.
