Gen Z: 1 Kings 10
When the queen of Sheba heard about Solomon's rizz and the Lord's vibes, she pulled up to test him with some tough questions.
She showed up in Jerusalem with a whole squad, camels packed with spices, mad gold, and gems: when she met Solomon, she spilled all the tea from her heart.
Solomon dropped knowledge on all her questions: nothing was hidden from the king, he told her everything, no cap.
After the queen peeped Solomon’s wisdom and the dope crib he built,
And the feast at his table, the vibe of his crew, the drip of his ministers, and the way he rolled up to the Lord’s house; she was shook, no spirit left.
She told the king, "For real, I heard the truth back home about your moves and wisdom."
But I didn’t believe it till I saw it: and wow, they didn’t even tell me half of it: your wisdom and glow-up are next level, fr.
Your crew is blessed, your servants are vibin', always in front of you, soaking up your wisdom.
Big ups to the Lord your God, who’s hyped about you, putting you on the throne of Israel: the Lord’s got mad love for Israel forever, so he made you king to keep it real and just.
She gifted the king 120 talents of gold, a crazy amount of spices, and precious stones: there was never a haul like the one Queen Sheba dropped for King Solomon.
Hiram's crew pulled up with gold from Ophir and brought in mad almug trees and some dope gems.
The king flexed those almug trees into pillars for the Lord's crib and his own, plus made some sick harps and psalteries for the singers: no cap, you ain’t seen almug trees like these.
King Solomon hooked up the queen of Sheba with everything she wanted, and then some from his royal stash. She bounced back to her place with her squad.
In one year, Solomon racked up 666 talents of gold, like that’s a whole vibe.
On top of that, he was stacking from merchants, spice dealers, and all the kings in Arabia, plus the local governors.
Solomon crafted 200 gold targets, and each one was worth 600 shekels of gold.
He also made 300 gold shields; each one took three pounds of gold, and the king placed them in the house of the forest of Lebanon.
Plus, the king made a massive throne outta ivory and dripped it in the finest gold.
The throne had six steps, rounded at the back, with supports on each side and two lions chillin' next to them.
And there were twelve lions, one on each side of the six steps: no other kingdom had a setup like this, fr.
All of King Solomon's drinkware was straight gold, like pure vibes. Silver? Nah, that was sus in Solomon's time.
The king had a whole navy squad from Tharshish, flexing with Hiram's crew. Every three years, they’d pull up with gold, silver, ivory, monkeys, and peacocks.
King Solomon was the GOAT, outshining all the kings on the planet with his riches and wisdom.
Everyone was hitting up Solomon to soak in that wisdom God dropped in his heart.
They came through with gifts: silver and gold stuff, clothes, armor, spices, horses, and mules, all year round.
Solomon stacked up chariots and horsemen: like 1,400 chariots and 12,000 horsemen, chilling in the cities and with the king in Jerusalem.
Silver was so common in Jerusalem, it was like rocks, and cedars were as plentiful as sycamore trees in the valley.
Solomon had horses shipped in from Egypt, along with linen yarn; the king's merchants were cashing in on that linen.
A chariot rolled out from Egypt for 600 shekels of silver, and a horse for 150; they were bringing that heat for all the kings of the Hittites and Syria.
