Titus 3

Gen Z: Titus 3

1Keep it real and respect the authority, obey the rules, and always be down for good vibes.

2Don’t be spreading hate, chill out, and show some rizz to everyone.

3We were low-key wild, not listening, getting played, chasing all the wrong things, living in drama and envy, and just hating on each other.

4But then God’s kindness and love showed up, and it was a whole mood.

5Not 'cause we earned it, but 'cause He’s mad merciful, He saved us through a fresh start and the Holy Spirit's glow-up.

6He poured that out on us through Jesus, our ultimate Savior.

7So, since we’re vibing in His grace, we’re heirs to that eternal life hope.

8This is a straight-up fact, and I want you to keep it 100 so those who believe in God stay on their good work grind. That stuff is good and helps everyone.

9Just skip the pointless drama, family trees, and arguments about the law; they’re just a waste of time, fr.

10If someone’s acting sus after a couple of warnings, just cut them off.

11Know that they’re off track and sinning, just messing themselves up.

12When I send Artemas or Tychicus, be ready to roll over to me in Nicopolis; I’m chilling there for the winter.

13Make sure Zenas the lawyer and Apollos get what they need on their trip, no cap.

14And let our crew learn to keep doing good stuff for the right reasons, so they’re not just taking up space.

15Everyone with me sends their love. Say what’s up to those who vibe with us in faith. Grace be with all y’all. Amen. This was written to Titus, the first bishop of the church in Crete, from Nicopolis in Macedonia.

KJV: Titus 3

1Put them in mind to be subject to principalities and powers, to obey magistrates, to be ready to every good work,

2To speak evil of no man, to be no brawlers, but gentle, shewing all meekness unto all men.

3For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another.

4But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared,

5Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;

6Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour;

7That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.

8This is a faithful saying, and these things I will that thou affirm constantly, that they which have believed in God might be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable unto men.

9But avoid foolish questions, and genealogies, and contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and vain.

10A man that is an heretick after the first and second admonition reject;

11Knowing that he that is such is subverted, and sinneth, being condemned of himself.

12When I shall send Artemas unto thee, or Tychicus, be diligent to come unto me to Nicopolis: for I have determined there to winter.

13Bring Zenas the lawyer and Apollos on their journey diligently, that nothing be wanting unto them.

14And let ours also learn to maintain good works for necessary uses, that they be not unfruitful.

15All that are with me salute thee. Greet them that love us in the faith. Grace be with you all. Amen. It was written to Titus, ordained the first bishop of the church of the Cretians, from Nicopolis of Macedonia.
