Gen Z: Psalms 7
Yo, Lord my God, I’m putting all my trust in you: save me from all the haters coming at me, and help me out, fr.
Or else he’ll tear my soul like a lion, ripping it apart, and no one’s gonna save me, no cap.
Yo, Lord my God, if I've messed up; if there's anything sus in my hands;
If I’ve done dirty to someone who was chill with me; yeah, I’ve helped my enemy for no reason:
Let the enemy go after my soul and take it; let him stomp on my life on this earth and put my honor in the dirt. Periodt.
Rise up, Lord, in your anger, flex on my enemies: wake up for the judgment you said you’d do.
Then the squad will surround you: for their sake, come back up high.
The Lord’s gonna judge the people: judge me, Lord, based on my rizz and how I keep it real.
Oh, let the wickedness of the wicked just end; but set up the just: ‘cause the righteous God checks hearts and minds.
My defense is God, who saves the goated in heart.
God judges the righteous, and He’s got beef with the wicked every day.
If they don’t switch up, He’s sharpening His sword; He’s got His bow bent and ready to go.
He’s also prepped the tools of death; He’s got His arrows aimed at the haters.
Check it, he’s struggling with iniquity, cooking up trouble, and spitting out lies.
He dug a pit, and now he’s fallen into the ditch he made himself.
His trouble’s coming back on him, and his savage moves are gonna hit him hard.
I’m gonna praise the Lord for His righteousness: and I’ll sing praise to the name of the most high Lord.
