Gen Z: John 2
On the third day, there was a wedding in Cana, and Jesus' mom was vibin' there.
Jesus and his squad got invited to the wedding, no cap.
When they ran outta wine, Jesus' mom was like, "Yo, they got no wine."
Jesus replied, "Chill, fam. My time ain't come yet."
His mom told the servants, "Whatever he says, just do it. Periodt."
There were six stone waterpots there for the Jewish purification rituals, holding a lot of water, fr.
Jesus told them, "Fill those waterpots with water," and they went all the way to the top.
Then he said, "Draw some out and take it to the party host." They did that.
When the party host tasted the water turned wine, he had no clue where it came from; only the servants knew. He called the bridegroom over.
He said, "Yo, usually people serve the good wine first, then the cheap stuff, but you saved the best for last. That's lit."
This was the first miracle Jesus did in Cana, showing off his glory; his crew started believing in him.
After that, he went down to Capernaum with his mom, bros, and disciples, and they stayed there for a bit.
The Jews' Passover was coming, so Jesus went up to Jerusalem, vibes.
He found peeps selling oxen, sheep, and doves in the temple, plus money changers just chillin'.
Jesus made a whip outta cords and kicked them all outta the temple, flipping tables and tossing money around like a savage.
He told the dove sellers, "Get these outta here; don't turn my dad's house into a marketplace."
His disciples remembered it was written, "The zeal for your house has consumed me."
The Jews were like, "What sign you got for us since you're doing all this?"
Jesus replied, "Destroy this temple, and in three days, I'll bring it back to life."
They were like, "It took 46 years to build this temple, and you think you can rebuild it in three days? Sus."
But he was talking about the temple of his body, no cap.
After he rose from the dead, his crew remembered what he said and believed the scripture and his words.
When he was in Jerusalem for Passover, a bunch of people believed in him after seeing the miracles he did.
But Jesus wasn't ready to trust them, 'cause he knew everyone, fr.
He didn't need anyone to tell him about people, 'cause he knew what was in their hearts.
