Gen Z: Ezekiel 6
And the word of the Lord slid into my DMs, saying,
Yo, son of man, turn your face to the mountains of Israel and pop off with some prophecy against them,
And say, Hey mountains of Israel, listen up! The Lord God’s got something to say; He’s bringing the sword your way and taking down your high spots, no cap.
Your altars are gonna be ghosted, and your images are getting wrecked; I’ll throw down your slain before your idols, fr.
I’ll lay the dead bodies of the kids of Israel in front of their idols; I’m scattering your bones around your altars, periodt.
All your crib spots will be wrecked, and the high places will be barren; your altars are getting wrecked, your idols will be broken, and your vibes will be canceled.
The slain will drop right in the middle of you, and you’ll know I’m the Lord, no cap.
But I’ll keep a few survivors, so some can dodge the sword when you get scattered among the nations, bet.
Those who escape will remember me in the nations where they’re taken captive, ‘cause I’m feeling broken over their unfaithful hearts and their eyes chasing after idols; they’ll be cringing over their bad choices, fr.
And they’ll know I’m the Lord, and that I didn’t say this for nothing, that I’m about to drop some serious judgment on them.
The Lord God says, clap your hands and stomp your feet, and say, "Yikes for all the savage abominations of Israel!" They’re gonna fall by the sword, famine, and pestilence, no cap.
The far ones will catch the pestilence; the near ones will fall by the sword, and those stuck will starve; I’m bringing my fury on them, periodt.
Then you’ll know I’m the Lord when their slain are chilling among their idols around their altars, on every high hill, at the mountain tops, and under every green tree and thick oak, where they used to vibe with their idols.
I’ll reach out my hand on them and make the land a total wasteland, more deserted than the wilderness toward Diblath; they’ll know I’m the Lord.
