Gen Z: Ecclesiastes 10
Dead flies make the ointment smell sus, just like a little mess can ruin a wise person's whole vibe.
A wise dude's heart is on point, but a fool's heart is totally lost.
When a fool strolls around, his rizz is gone, and he’s out here telling everyone he’s a fool.
If your boss comes at you, don’t bounce; staying chill can fix big issues.
I peeped some shady stuff under the sun, straight from the top dog.
Folly's out here acting all high and mighty, while the rich are low-key struggling.
I’ve seen servants riding high on horses, while princes are out here walking like regulars.
If you dig a pit, you’re gonna fall in it; break the fence and a snake’s gonna bite.
Move stones and you’ll get hurt; chop wood and you’re asking for trouble.
If your iron's dull and you don’t sharpen it, you gotta put in mad effort; but wisdom makes things way easier.
For real, a snake will bite without any magic; and a chatterbox is just as bad.
A wise person speaks with grace, but a fool's lips are just gonna mess him up.
The start of a fool's words is just nonsense, and it ends in pure chaos.
A fool's got too much to say: no one knows what’s next, and who can guess what’s coming after?
The grind of a fool tires everyone out 'cause he just doesn’t know how to get to where he needs to be.
Big yikes, land, when your king’s a kid, and your leaders are munching in the AM!
You’re blessed, land, when your king's from a noble fam and your leaders eat at the right times, for strength, not to get lit!
Laziness makes the building fall apart; if your hands are idle, the house is gonna drop.
A feast is for laughs, and wine brings the good vibes: but cash answers all the drama.
Don’t curse the king, not even in your head; and keep it chill about the rich in your own space: a bird will spill the tea, and those with wings will spread the word.
