Gen Z: 2 Chronicles 8
After twenty years, Solomon finally finished building the Lord's crib and his own spot, that’s some major rizz.
Solomon was like, "Bet," and built up the cities Huram had restored, making the fam chill there.
Solomon rolled up to Hamath-zobah and totally crushed it, no cap.
He built Tadmor in the wild and stacked up all the store cities in Hamath, straight up lit.
Also, he built the upper and lower Beth-horon, with walls and gates, it was all fenced up, savage vibes.
He built Baalath and all his store cities, chariot spots, and horseman cities, living that goated life in Jerusalem and Lebanon.
The leftover peeps from the Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites weren’t part of Israel, just chillin’.
Solomon made their kids pay tribute 'til this day, no cap, they were left in the land.
Solomon didn’t make the kids of Israel do his work; they were all warriors and top captains of his chariots and horsemen, straight flexing.
These were the top officers of King Solomon, like 250 of them, running the show.
Solomon brought Pharaoh’s daughter from David’s city to the house he built for her, saying, "My wife can’t stay in David's holy crib."
Then Solomon was all about those burnt offerings to the Lord on the altar he built, right in front of the porch, it was a vibe.
He offered daily, keeping it real with Moses’ commandments, on sabbaths and parties three times a year, lit celebrations.
Solomon set up the priests and Levites like David said, to praise and serve every day, keeping it organized, periodt.
They didn’t stray from the king's orders to the priests and Levites about anything, keeping it 100.
Solomon’s whole project was ready by the day they laid the foundation of the Lord's house, and it was finished, pure perfection.
Then Solomon hit up Ezion-geber and Eloth by the sea in Edom, making moves.
Huram sent him ships and knowledgeable peeps by his servants, and they cruised to Ophir, bringing back 450 talents of gold to King Solomon.
