Gen Z: 1 Chronicles 12
So these are the homies that rolled up to David at Ziklag while he was lowkey keeping it tight 'cause of Saul, the dude from Kish: and they were like, total legends, helping him with the war.
They were strapped with bows, ambidextrous with the stones and arrows, even Saul's fam from Benjamin.
The top guy was Ahiezer, then Joash, the sons of Shemaah the Gibeathite; and Jeziel, and Pelet, the sons of Azmaveth; and Berachah, and Jehu the Antothite, fr.
And Ismaiah the Gibeonite, a total beast among the thirty, and the boss of the thirty; plus Jeremiah, Jahaziel, Johanan, and Josabad the Gederathite, no cap.
Eluzai, Jerimoth, Bealiah, Shemariah, and Shephatiah the Haruphite, all goated.
Elkanah, Jesiah, Azareel, Joezer, and Jashobeam, the Korhites, lit squad.
And Joelah, and Zebadiah, the sons of Jeroham of Gedor, just vibin'.
And from the Gadites, they pulled up to David in the wilderness, real warriors who could handle shields and bucklers, looking fierce like lions and as quick as deer on the mountains, savage.
Ezer the first, Obadiah the second, Eliab the third, no doubt.
Mishmannah the fourth, Jeremiah the fifth, straight fire.
Attai the sixth, Eliel the seventh, no cap.
Johanan the eighth, Elzabad the ninth, straight vibes.
Jeremiah the tenth, Machbanai the eleventh, lit fam.
These were the sons of Gad, captains of the squad: the least was over a hundred, and the greatest was goated with a thousand.
They crossed over Jordan in the first month, when it was totally overflowing; they sent everyone in the valleys running, east and west, periodt.
And the kids from Benjamin and Judah rolled up to David's hideout.
David went out to meet them and was like, "If you’re here to vibe with me, my heart's all in; but if you’re here to betray me, God’s got my back on that."
Then the spirit hit Amasai, the chief of the captains, and he said, "We’re with you, David, on your team, son of Jesse: peace to you and your crew; God’s got you." David was like, "Bet," and made them captains.
Some of Manasseh joined David when he was rolling with the Philistines against Saul, but they didn’t help, 'cause the Philistine lords were like, "Nah, he’ll switch back to Saul, and we can’t risk that."
As he went to Ziklag, some of Manasseh joined him: Adnah, Jozabad, Jediael, Michael, Jozabad, Elihu, and Zilthai, all captains of thousands from Manasseh.
They were out here helping David against those rovers, all straight-up goated warriors and captains in the squad.
Every day, more and more peeps came to David for backup, until it was a massive crew, like God's own army, fr.
Here’s the squad count of those ready to throw down and roll with David in Hebron, turning Saul’s kingdom to him, just like God said.
Judah's kids were packing shields and spears, six thousand and eight hundred, all hyped and ready for battle.
From Simeon, there were seven thousand one hundred goated warriors ready to pop off.
Levi's crew brought four thousand and six hundred to the fight.
Jehoiada was the rizz master of the Aaronites, rolling with three thousand seven hundred.
Zadok, a young dude with mad rizz, brought twenty-two captains from his fam, all mighty warriors.
Benjamin’s crew, the fam of Saul, had three thousand, 'cause most of them were still holding it down for Saul’s house, no cap.
Ephraim's squad showed up with twenty thousand and eight hundred, all legendary warriors, known throughout their fam.
Ayo, half the squad from Manasseh, like eighteen K, pulled up to make David king. No cap.
Issachar's crew knew what was good, two hundred heads ready to lead the way, and all their fam followed their vibes.
Zebulun's warriors were ready to pop off, fifty K strong, straight up no double vibes.
Naphtali had a thousand captains, and thirty-seven K with shields and spears, ready to get it.
Danites were savage, twenty-eight thousand and six hundred, all about that war life.
Asher's crew was lit too, forty K ready to battle, expert vibes.
On the flip side of Jordan, Reubenites, Gadites, and Manasseh's half tribe showed up with a hundred and twenty K, all geared up for war.
These warriors, with perfect hearts, rolled up to Hebron to crown David king, and all of Israel was one heart, vibing with it.
They kicked it with David for three days, feasting and chilling, 'cause their fam had them covered.
The homies from Issachar, Zebulun, and Naphtali brought mad food on donkeys, camels, and mules—bread, meat, cakes, and wine—just pure joy in Israel, fr.
